 My Story

My mission is to promote the evolution of consciousness by teaching anyone, with the desire to learn, the tools to create their life's purpose with Joy and Balance. Experience a return to wellness and wholeness...remember who you are, let go of the past and be who you came here to be.

For many years, I suffered from severe migraine headaches and anxiet. My stressful, workaholic lifestyle was killing me. Once or twice a month, I spent 3 or more days, at a time, in bed. The pain was excruciating. I considered suicide. I was angry, stressed, scared and confused. I believed every thought that popped into my head. 

Eventually, I swallowed enough medication to end up in the emergency room with a life-threatening hole in my stomach. Over the next five days in the hospital, I came to the realization that if life was going to be worth living, I was going to have to be the one to make it so.  I slowly began to realize that my fear of pain, believing my thoughts and my own limiting beliefs were what almost killed me.                                                             
My wake-up call sent me searching for my own answers. I searched for hope. I searched for tools. I searched for healing. My path lead me to a new way of thinking and being, to letting go, to deep breathing and to practices that gave me back my health, uncovered my purpose and taught me that life is always in the present. 

What I learned is worth sharing. I'm dedicated to helping anyone who wants to learn the tools to end their own suffering and create their own balanced life's purpose and joy. Welcome to the present!
